Holds a certificate of Institute Of Survey Research – University Of Michigan – USA. Had his first contact with Market Research as a field interviewer about 30 years ago.
Seconded to Ghana in 1991 to manage a pioneer market research agency in the country.
Began his career as a Research Executive in 1988 with one of the leading market research agencies in Africa. Acted as General Manager, coordinating all research projects for the same agency between 1993 – 1999.
Set up Business Interactive consultinG in 2000 and up to date has been the project leader for all BiG projects.
Has been involved in many local and Pan – African projects particularly in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda and many other African Countries.
Has participated in various market research trainings, seminars and conferences in Africa, Europe, Middle East and United States of America
He is a member of South African Marketing Research Association (SAMRA), European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR) and American Marketing Association (AMA).
Mr. Penrose AKOTO – Research Executive (Quantitative)
Mr Akoto holds a first degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.
He started his career as a statistical analyst at his department in the University.
He has been involved in many of our projects’ data analysis since he joined BiG.
He is a prolific Data Analyst and he is always adding values to our clients’ data analysis requirements.
Because of his flare and passion for detailed analysis, Mr. Akoto now assists the Head of Management on
all quantitative projects.
Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from University Of Ghana, Legon.
She undertook courses in qualitative and quantitative research methodology and statistical analysis as part of her academic work.
She has attended a number of qualitative research training programme, especially a detailed one on “Moderating Skills” in Johannesburg, South Africa Since she joined the company, she has been involved in a number of projects, especially qualitative.

She has effectively executed all our qualitative projects across West Africa in the last 5 years.
She is currently the head of our qualitative department.
He had his first contact with Market Research in Ghana 8 years ago as an interviewer.
Mr. Banda is a very experienced field coordinator and has supervised many research projects in Ghana, and other W/African countries namely; Nigeria, Togo, Mali and Burkina Faso.
Banda started as an interviewer worked his way to his current position (Field Manager) through dedication and hard work.
He holds a certificate in Data Management and Analysis from the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University Of Ghana, Legon. He started his career as a field interviewer and later data entry staff.
He is the head of the Data Processing Department and has handled all the Company’s Data Processing and Analysis since the inception of the company.
He has reached his present position in the company by dint of hard work after successful analysis of several of BiG projects.
In addition to the team above, BiG employs the services of associate consultants. They offer detailed and reliable analysis in fields relevant to research of client’s choice, ranging from social, economic, political and business.
These consultants have been involved in a number of research projects for leading manufacturers, service providers, government institutions and small scale business entrepreneurs.
